When an employer joins through your link, they're tracked as your referral for 30 days.

Once they start a paid plan, you earn 10% of their subscription revenue for 1 year.

Get paid

Request a payout any time your balance reaches $50.

Commission: 10% of the referred employer's subscription revenue
Earning period: 1 year from the referred employer's first paid month
Payouts: On request, once your available balance reaches $50
Conversion window: The employer must start a paid plan within 30 days of using your link
Referral code: Never expires while your account is active

Fair play: Self-referrals are prohibited and may lead to account review

Who can join the referral program?: Any employer with an OFM Jobs account. Head to your Affiliates dashboard to create a referral code and start sharing.
How much can I earn?: You earn 10% of the subscription revenue from every employer you refer, for 1 year from their first paid month. There's no cap on the number of employers you can refer.
When do I get paid?: Payouts are on request, not automatic. As soon as your available balance reaches $50, request a payout from Affiliates → Payouts and choose your preferred method.
Is there a time limit for my referral to convert?: Yes. The employer you refer must start a paid plan within 30 days of using your link. After that the referral expires, but your code stays active, so you can keep referring others.
What happens if a referred employer cancels or is refunded?: Commission is earned on paid invoices. If an invoice is refunded before you've been paid out for it, that commission is reversed.
Can I refer myself?: No. Referring your own account is prohibited and flags the referral for review. The program is for bringing new employers to OFM Jobs.
