How long does a Chatter Screening test take?

What does a candidate face in the test?

Can I require the test before someone applies?
Yes. Attach Chatter Screening to a job post and applicants complete it before their application reaches you. On Enterprise you can also send a test by link to someone outside OFM Jobs, or test your own team.
Can candidates cheat?
Not easily. During the test OFM Jobs blocks copy and paste, right-click menus and developer tools, warns the candidate if they leave the test tab, and records every attempt. On Plus and Enterprise these integrity flags appear next to the result.
